Job Description
能夠使用烘焙設備的功能，了解常規維護並掌握獨立烘焙的技能；
視乎門店實際使用量作出合理烘焙量，以門店存貨量；
烘焙出品品質監控，定期跟各門店人員溝通及檢查以確保品質呈現高水平；
咖啡生豆的樣本檢查及監控，以確保公司資產得以保障；
根據本土市場動向及客人偏好，給予咖啡生豆採購建議；
精通Coffee Cupping 技巧並持續對咖啡烘焙品質進行監控；
跟日本總公司定期溝通，以確保烘焙品質乎合品牌要求。
