Job Description

職責 : 

  • 主要支援辦公室日常運作,如確保辦公室設備正常運作(包括影印機、會議室音響系統及音頻設備等);

  • 安排及處理快遞,牌照申請及續期;

  • 支援公司內部活動和協調;

  • 執行主管指派的項目或其他工作;

  • 5天工作 (星期一至五9am to 6pm)。
     

要求 : 

  • 有相關操作辦公室設備工作經驗,

  • 熟悉基本MS Office操作知識;

  • 自律、勤奮、主動、友善及具責任心;能獨立工作;

  • 流利粵語,能操一般英語及普通話。
