- 於精神健康綜合社區中心工作 (沙田)
- 對象為精神病康復者及其家屬
- 負責家屬工作、個案、策劃及推行小組及大型活動
- 香港中學文憑試 / 香港中學會考5科合格 (包括中、英 (課程乙) 考獲二級 / E級或以上成績
- 持社會工作文憑或以上資歷，註冊社工
- 具3年或以上精神病康復服務或家庭服務優先
- 能獨立工作、成熟主動、有責任感及良好人際關係
