Senior Lead - IT (Infra and IT support)

What you’ll be doing?
 

• System and network admin: Responsible for infra and act as a system admin.
• Manage the organization's IT infrastructure: maintain availability, security, performance of IT network and systems.

• IT support and helpdesk management: Implement IT service management practices, such as incident management and change management

Who are we looking for?
 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or IT related fields
• 5-6 years working experience in infrastructure management and IT support.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Windows Server, VM, Firewall and other network devices
• Knowledge of programming and database are highly expected
• Strong communication skills among internal users/teams and vendors

• Fluent in English & Cantonese with good written skills, Mandarin is a plus.
