To continue our growth and innovation, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mobile Application Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of our mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain robust native or hybrid mobile applications for our platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering teams to ensure comprehensive project quality and successful delivery.
• Design and implement user-centric solutions that enhance the overall functionality and user experience.
• Develop comprehensive unit and automated tests to ensure application robustness, covering edge cases, usability, and reliability.
• Conduct thorough requirement analysis and translate business needs into scalable and efficient technical designs.
• Lead research and development (R&D) efforts, including Proof-of-Concept (POC) initiatives, to identify and integrate optimal new technologies.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions, adhering to established standards and delivery processes.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma, Certificate, or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Mandatory experience in Android application development.
• Solid understanding and practical application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and architectural patterns such as MVP (Model-View-Presenter) and MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel).
• Familiarity with web technologies and experience in hybrid mobile application development, particularly with Flutter, is a distinct advantage.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices and Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese and English.
