Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for budget planning on digital marketing
- Improve company and product (Life and General Insurance) exposure, generate leads and drive sales by defining strategy for SEM, SEO, GDN, PPC, social media management, eDM, campaigns with marketing agencies
- Apply GA/GTM on website to perform funnel analysis to fine tune digital marketing strategy and/or to improve online purchase experience
- Execute marketing initiatives to expand customer base in order to achieve respective online target
- Monitor the performance of ongoing marketing campaigns and carries out A/B testing to identify areas of improvement and draw conclusions that help optimize future campaigns
- Provide change ideas to continuously enhance online platforms (web and mobile) to improve customer experience through data analysis
- Perform Content Marketing by posting content on social media, 3rd party platforms and company website including managing the company’s Facebook, Youtube channel, etc.
- Cross/up selling with General Insurance and other associated companies through online promotion.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Creative Media or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of Digital Marketing experience in financial services industry, preferably gained from insurance company.
- Experience in developing various product and promotional materials for digital marketing
- Experience on collaborating and managing vendors for effective digital marketing campaign implementation
- Proficient in doing digital marketing on social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, WeChat, XiaoHongShu
- Experience in SEM/SEO/GDN, social media management, content management, eDM, etc.
- Proven track record of improving ROI by A/B testing with data and funnel analytics
- Knowledge on Life insurance product or experience from insurance company are highly regarded.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good team player, self-motivated and independent
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with strong business acumen
- Skill on creating artwork for content / Ads is a plus (e.g. photoshop, AI, etc)
- Good command of written English and Chinese, Cantonese is a must, Putonghua is a plus
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and other marketing related applications
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
