Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

• HD or above in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
• One to three years of QS experience
• Experience in engineering field is advantages
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCad
• Familiar with QS software such as Glodon Cubicost is advantages

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing, negotiating, and analysing costs for tenders
• Assist in cost monitoring and cost control throughout the project period
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure cost-effective project delivery
• Assist in VO assessment with supporting documentation preparation
• Measurement and quantity taking off
• Site visit
