Retail Operations Officer, Chilled & Fresh Food (Operations & Reporting)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation of pork business
• Prepare business analysis report, P/L and cost analysis
• Handle invoice checking and vendor payment application
• Manage the roster of front line staff and provide administrative support to fresh food business
• Regular site visit and assist in monitoring the performance of frontline staff is required
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in fresh food business
• Experience in F&A/ Retail/ FMCG is highly preferred
• Excellent skill in Excel and Pivot Table is a must
• Good command of spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Hardworking, good team player, sensitive to figures and willing to learn
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Retail Operation Officer
