About Us
We are a dynamic local company based in Tsim Sha Tsui, seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Officer to join our team. This is a multi-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable juggling accounting, payroll, and office administration duties.
Key Responsibilities
* Accounting & Financial Management
· Assist in managing full-set accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
· Assist in preparing financial reports such as P&L statements and balance sheets.
· Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and expense records.
* Office Administration & Operations
· Oversee daily office functions including supplies management, vendor coordination, and document filing.
· Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
* Payroll & HR Support
· Process monthly payroll, including MPF contributions and tax filings.
· Maintain accurate leave records, handle overtime calculations, and respond to payroll-related inquiries.
Requirements
· Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
· Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in full-set accounting (SME experience preferred).
· Experience in office administration and payroll processing.
· Proficient in Excel and accounting software; exposure to AI tools is a plus.
· Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written).
· Strong multi-tasking skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
