Job Description

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance for e-commerce for our partners & also our brand awareness in e-platforms. This is a full-time position based in Hong Kong. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance online sales across our partners’ eCommerce platforms, contributing to ambitious revenue goals.
  • Support planning and executing monthly and weekly promotional campaigns, including product promotions, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to market strategies across channels like Google, Meta , Programmatic, Social, and Affiliation to drive sales growth & create the content that can catch customers/ consumers interest.
  • Analyze eCommerce performance data and prepare reports to provide actionable insights for strategy optimization.
  • Responsible for developing & account servicing the direct customers with sales operations/ customer service tasks involved.
  • Take on ad hoc projects to support business objectives and team growth.

What we're looking for

  • Proven sales experience in e-commerce & direct sales.
  • Extensive experience in sales management & customer engagement, with a strong understanding of sales processes and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration/ Communication/ Design or related discipline; or with related working experience equivalent
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential, Mandarin is a plus
  • Less experience will be considered as position of Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive
