Job Description
We are looking for candidates and well-organized colleagues for Sales Team who will be responsible for cargo sales and customer relations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand our partners’ needs and adapt solutions to meet their expectations
- Introduce and offer new features and products to partners
- Identify and develop day-to-day sales (customer visits), networking, and client referrals
- Manage and develop key elements of cargo sales, pricing, capacity Planning, and end-to-end service
- Effectively work with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist to Cargo Manager in implementing targeted sales and operational plans
- Assist Cargo Manager in implementing targeted CRM, Sales, and reporting
- Effective communication skills and well-developed interpersonal capacity
- Ability to analyze and read market intelligence reports to identify sales targets
- Ability to perform well in a cross-functional team environment
- Provide support to Sales Team and other administrative assignments from the manager
- Take responsibility for customer relations management
- Conduct regular meetings with internal and external departments and entities and achieve tangible outcomes
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Strong initiative to pursue and identify areas for improvement
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the air cargo field.
- Effective communication skills and well-developed interpersonal capacity
- Diploma/University/College graduation
- Proficiency in major Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Ability to perform well in a cross-functional team environment
- Ability to multi-task
