Job Duties:
- Comprehensively plan, arrange and manage the work of the marketing department
- Develop annual market development plan and annual marketing strategy and marketing plan
- Organize subordinate personnel to carry out market research and grasp market information in a timely manner
- Develop work sepcifications, codes of conduct and rewards for the marketing department
- Organize marketing activities according to the marketing plan and review the marketing plan
- Guide, inspect and control the implementation of various tasks of the department
- Cooperate with the Human Resources Department in the training, assessment and deployment of marketing personnel
- Formulate various cost budgets for market expansion and supervise the implementation of market plans and budgets
- Formulate and supervise the implementation of public relations and promotional activity plans, plan and arrange annual, quarterly, monthly and various market promotion plans.
-Conduct scientific forecasts and analyzes of the market, and prepare for product development, production and market launch
-Responsible for establishing good cooperative relationships with external media, government agencies and relevant social institutions
Requirements:
- Candidates with an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing are ideal
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills and an entrepreneurial mindset to drive innovation and growth
- Showcase excellent mental organization and proficiency in Excel to manage complex data and projects effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese and English is essential for effective communication with global clients and teams.
