About the role
To assist Operation Manager to prepare regular reports, perform audit on various operations and evaluate processes as per business requirements. Monitor operation KPI, and ensure operators are follow the standard operation procedure.
What you'll be doing
1. Track inventory levels
2. Order new supplies in a timely manner
3. Constantly work to improve processes
4. Make suggestions for productivity improvements
5. Determine and track most important warehouse KPIs
6. Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.
7. Communicate and collaborate with other team members
8. Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers.
9. Track expenses related to the operation.
What we're looking for
- Significant experience (3+ years) in a supervisory or team leading role within a warehousing, logistics or distribution environment
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team
- Good understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
