About the role
The Strategic Partnership Senior Executive will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth for The University of Manchester East Asia Centre in the Causeway Bay District. This full-time role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to identify and capitalise on new student recruitment and impact collaboration opportunities.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives with academic, professional organisations, corporates and commercial units.
- Manage existing partnerships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve bring shared values via CRM system
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement joint go-to-market strategies
- Monitor partnership performance, identify areas for improvement. Budget manage and control.
- Provide regular progress updates and recommend strategic decisions to senior supervisor and the centre director
What we're looking for
- At least 3-5 years of extensive experience in a similar partnership or account management role in higher education field, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in project management, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Degree qualification in a relevant field, such as business, marketing or communications
