Job Responsibilities:
Providing quantity surveying functions by assisting with:
- Contracts administration
- Valuation of variations
- Interim payments, cost control
- Final account preparation
- Quantities take-off / Re-measurement
- Assisting with claims research and substantiation
- Preparation of tender documents
Job Requirements:
- BSc Quantity Surveying
- Professional qualification is required
- Minimum 5 years' contract administration experience on major projects is required (experience of building projects is preferred)
- Proven ability to work independently essential
- Good analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Positive and proactive attitude with strong sense of responsibility
- Fast learner and a good team player
- Detail-minded and self-motivated
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua desirable, but not essential.
- Good computer knowledge
