Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Providing quantity surveying functions by assisting with:

  • Contracts administration
  • Valuation of variations
  • Interim payments, cost control
  • Final account preparation
  • Quantities take-off / Re-measurement
  • Assisting with claims research and substantiation
  • Preparation of tender documents


Job Requirements:

  • BSc Quantity Surveying
  • Professional qualification is required
  • Minimum 5 years' contract administration experience on major projects is required (experience of building projects is preferred)
  • Proven ability to work independently essential
  • Good analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Positive and proactive attitude with strong sense of responsibility
  • Fast learner and a good team player
  • Detail-minded and self-motivated
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua desirable, but not essential.
  • Good computer knowledge
