Coach (Part-time) (Several Posts) Student Affairs Office (Sports Development Section)

Job Description

The Part-time Coach will report to the Sports Development Section of the Student Affairs Office.  Major duties include coordinating, designing and implementing training programmes for respective sports teams in EdUHK; fully utilizing and integrating scientific and other athlete support services into training programmes to enhance team training outcomes; assisting and coordinating administrative and logistical arrangements, mentoring student-athletes to be leaders; and performing any other appropriate duties as assigned by the Dean/ Associate Deans of Students and Director/ Associate Director of Student Affairs.

Applicants should hold a valid and recognised coaching qualification or be a qualified local school PE teacher; have at least 2 years of professional coaching experience in a relevant sport and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Applicant with full-time coaching experience and/or Hong Kong Team representative is an advantage. 

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
