Scrum Master - Large Transformation Initiative

Role Summary

Empower cross-functional teams to successfully deliver every stage of our business systems transformation. You’ll facilitate agile processes, break down barriers, and ensure alignment between business vision and technical execution—maximising impact and accelerating progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retros) to keep teams focused, adaptive, and motivated throughout the transformation.
• Remove roadblocks and champion team empowerment, transparency, and delivery discipline.
• Foster communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
• Promote continuous improvement, helping the team adapt workflows for greater efficiency and better outcomes.
• Track sprint commitments, manage progress, and facilitate team growth in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience or genuine interest in Agile/Scrum methodologies and team facilitation.
• Excellent communicator able to motivate and align diverse teams.
• Solutions-driven mindset; proactive in resolving challenges.
• Comfortable driving change and supporting innovation in large-scale transformation projects.
