Job Responsibilities
- Perform general reception duties, like
- Handling incoming calls
- Visitors greeting and registration
- Handling incoming and outgoing couriers and mails
- Provide administrative support to the department, like
- Handling data entry and reporting
- Supporting billing matters
- Ordering and managing office supplies
- Handling festival events
- Responsible to any ad-hoc requests from manager
Job Requirements
- 2 years’ relevant experience, fresh graduates also consider
- Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, plus good command of Mandarin
- Familiar with computer software application (eg. MS Words, Excel, Chinese Word Processing)
- Good interpersonal skills and excellent telephone manner
- Pleasant, mature and independent
- Immediately available is highly preferred
