Retail Associate (Gold & Fine Jewelry)

Responsibilities:

• Provide warm customer service to tourists (Thai, Chinese, International)
• Explain 24K gold products, heritage concept, TMK story
• Handle simple sales, packaging, POS, and stock arrangement
• Maintain shop display and shop cleanliness
• Work with management to track sales and customer flow

Requirements:

• Fluency in Cantonese (required)
• Mandarin and/or basic English is an advantage
• Retail, jewellery, luxury, or souvenir-shop experience preferred
• Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented
• Presentable appearance and positive attitude
• Willing to learn gold product knowledge (training provided)
