We’re looking for an Account Service Manager to bridge the gap between our clients and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service and project success.

What you'll be doing

• Client Consultation:

  Meet with clients to understand their design and renovation needs, offering guidance and solutions tailored to their vision.

• Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.

• Project Coordination:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams throughout the design and build process.
  • Communicate project details, timelines, and client expectations clearly to ensure alignment and seamless execution.

• Problem-Solving:

  Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring smooth collaboration and project delivery.

• Team Collaboration:

  Work closely with the design, project management, and construction teams to ensure client requirements are met.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field, preferably in interior design, architecture, or construction.
• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Design or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of maintaining and developing client relationships.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal teams.
