Job Description
The role of the Regional Business System Manager is to manage regional project implementation and provide support to daily operations covering Asia Pacific markets including China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand.
Key responsibilities
Global and regional project collaboration: Act as the regional liaison for Paris global headquarter, ensuring local requirements are incorporated into global initiatives and that regional execution aligns with global standards. Lead regional initiatives, align business processes and functional requirements across markets
Application Management: lead deployment, configuration and maintenance of core business applications (e.g. HR, POS, ERP, OMS)
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to validate business needs, translate them into technical specifications and solutions
Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors for solution delivery, support, and troubleshooting.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to IT security, data protection, and corporate policies
Support & Troubleshooting: Provide second-level support for application issues and coordinate resolution with global teams
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology and Management, Data Science, or a related field; candidates with other educational backgrounds and strong technology know-how combined with relevant experience will also be considered
- Good understanding of technologies often adopted by retail business (e.g. Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce service cloud, Emarsys, Shopify, Big Commerce, Magento, Tableau, Dynamic AX, SAP)
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation, technology implementation, and analytic development in retail industries
- Proven ability to work with global teams and manage cultural and organizational differences
- Proven track record of leading and implementing successful projects, with strong project management, change management, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Good command of Mandarin, English and Cantonese
