Shipping Clerk (Footwear Trading)

About the role

Full-time Shipping Clerk role at Skyblue Manufacturing Company Limited offers a trading company. Based in Hung Hom, Kowloon City District, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient coordination and processing of partial outgoing shipments for the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Process and manage all shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, packing slips
• Coordinate the timely and accurate delivery of shipments with factory
• Monitor and track shipment progress and regular status updates

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience on handle full set of shipping documentation, preferably with Footwear Trading
• Attention to detail and organisational skills
• Data entry and the use of shipping/logistics system
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with factory
• Problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure
• Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken
