Project Manager - Office Fitting Out
Employer:
Our client is a comprehensive interior design and contracting company that delivers a turnkey design and build service to their corporate clientele in the region.
Due to continued business growth and recent project awards, they are expanding their PM team to support new and ongoing projects.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for overall project management, including project planning, scheduling, cost planning, etc.
- Assist Project Director in project tender bidding.
- Work closely with internal design team to smoothly execute projects.
- Manage project cost control and handle project report.
- Liaise with different internal and external parties, including sub-contractor, consultant, supplier, etc.
- Lead 1-2 subordinates in the team.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above holder in Construction Management, Interior Design, Building Studies or related discipline
Min. 5 years of relevant experience in interior design & build or interior fitting out projects
- Experiences in office interior project is a plus.
- Good command in written and spoken in English & Chinese
