IT Infrastructure Specialist

Job Duties:

• Manage and support multiple cloud environments, including Azure, AWS, and Alibaba Cloud
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud-based applications and infrastructure
• Conduct patch management across systems and applications
• Maintain hardware and software inventory, including license tracking
• Setup, install, and maintain company workstations and peripheral devices (e.g. network switches, printers, NAS)
• Provide daily technical support to end users on issues related to Windows OS, email clients, Microsoft Office, and networking
• Administer Windows servers, including system health checks, patching, and routine maintenance
• Perform system data backup and recovery, using tools such as Veeam or equivalent
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including manuals, test plans, system guides, and project reports
• Support IT project planning and manage work breakdown documentation
• Perform other ad-hoc IT-related duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Experience in managing AI and/or Blockchain infra solutions is a PLUS

  
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Networking, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in enterprise IT support or system administration
• Certification in MCSA / MCSE is a strong advantage
• Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing system, hardware, and software issues

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and responsible with a strong sense of ownership
