Assistant E-commerce Executive

About the role
We are looking for a talented and driven Assistant E-Commerce Executive to join our dynamic team at Reallock Management Limited. This role will involve supporting our growing e-commerce operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Responsible for daily e-commerce operations including product listing, pricing, inventory & product shelf-life management, sales report preparation.
2. Provide support on daily order fulfilment operations.
3. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns to ensure satisfaction.
4. Provide support for sales & marketing activities, such as events, promotions, and trade shows.
5. Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned to support business needs.

What we're looking for

1. Higher Diploma or above (Fresh Graduates Welcomed)
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with colleagues at all levels
3. Positive mindset, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently or as a team player;
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Worksheets.
5. Good command of spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
