Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor. 

Details of the position as follow:

Responsibilities:

• Execute the cost estimation and cost control;
• Pricing and estimate the cost of different material needed for the projects;
• Preparing and handing in contract payment applications and final accounts;
• Prepare and ensure tender documents and technical documentations are properly;
• Coordinate and communicate with internal or external party.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma/ Degree holder in Quantity Surveying;
• Good command of both written and spoken in Chinese and English;
• 3 years of experience in construction industry.

• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor .
