Costing and Supply Chain Assistant – Textile Industry

Key Responsibilities:

Costing:

• Prepare and maintain cost sheets .
• Collaborate with production and finance teams to update costing based on design changes or supplier rates.
• Monitor cost variances and assist in cost optimization initiatives.
• Preparing Selling price and Record management

Supply Chain Coordination:

• Liaise with suppliers for timely procurement of textile materials and trims.
• Maintain inventory records and assist in stock level planning.
• Support vendor evaluation and onboarding processes.

Documentation & Compliance:

• Assist in preparing Documentation for Customers,
• Working with Suppliers and Customer Ensure compliance standards and regulations
• Maintain accurate records for audits and internal reviews.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Generate reports on cost trends, supplier performance, and inventory turnover.
• Support monthly and quarterly reviews with actionable insights.
• Use ERP systems to manage data and streamline operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile , Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5  years of experience in costing or supply chain roles within the textile or apparel industry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
