Shipping Assistant / Order Clerk

Job Natures

• Data input and database maintenance
• Handle sales orders data
• Coordinate closely with oversea suppliers, shipping lines, warehouses and clients for timely goods delivery
• Track shipments and maintain logistics documentation
• Handle tasks assigned by supervisors.
• General clerical duties

 Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• Good command of English & Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Excel & Word
• Responsible, diligent and willing to learn
• Experience in frozen food and beverage industry is preferable
