Site Foreman / Assistant Site Foreman

Requirements:

• Form 5 / HKDSE
• Holder of Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent is an advantage
• Equip with A12, T1 qualification and Safety Supervisor Certificate
• At least 3 years of solid site experience in building renovation projects, experience in metal works or cladding projects is an advantage.

• Supervise and manage site issues (including quality, safety, environment), the construction drawings, work with sub-contractors in different trades & follow up the site progress, etc
• Mature, proactive and strong interpersonal skill
• Sound knowledge of computer skills

要求：

中五或以上

• 持有關建築工程證書/文憑優先
• 具有安全督導員或 T1 證書
• 最少 3 年地盤管理有關建築維修; 金屬及Cladding工程經驗優先
• 負責地盤監督品質及安全環保事項, 處理施工圖, 與各項分判商工作聯絡及跟進進度等工作
• 成熟、主動、具良好人際溝通技巧
• 懂一般電腦知識
