Job Description
Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Management
- Prepare purchase plan and monitor order fulfillment;
- Monitor and optimize inventory level at warehouse while maintaining high service level;
- Drive sales and maintain a healthy level of inventory at store with different store profile;
- Manage replenishment status and display materials on sales trend and promotion schedule;
- Prepare regular inventory and analysis report for management review.
Field Force Management
- Analyze and report store and individual sales performance;
- Perform regular store visits to identifying business opportunity and market changes;
- Consolidate market insights and drive store performance;
- Support any field force management related tasks, such as ad-hoc campaign.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail industry;
- With consumer electronics products' working experience will be an advantage;
- Strong market intelligence;
- Strong leadership, good people management and communications skill;
- Knowledge in MS office;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Proactive, energetic dynamic and good team player with positive attitude;
- Immediate availability will be highly preferred.
