Procurement Coordinator / Senior Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Handle customers’ orders, supplier POs, shipments and courier arrangements
• Liaise closely with customers and suppliers for daily operations
• Manage and maintain accurate system data, e.g. material list, price list, schedule, etc.
• Assist to prepare periodic reports on orders, pricing, inventory and delivery
• Support month-end closing activities

Requirements

• Diploma or above with min. 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in manufacturing field
• Knowledge in Oracle system
• Sensitive to figures and familiar with trading terms
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Good communication skills in English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel vlookup
• Immediately available is highly preferred
