Community Associate

Since 2015, Ooosh Coworking is a unique presence in the industry where we offer a hospitable and supportive working environment for new economy startups to grow. We are now looking for talents to join us as a Community Associate to serve our purpose in a team effort.

Job Responsibilities:

• Community building: Oversee the creation and maintenance of a vibrant community within our coworking spaces, fostering connections among members through organizing events, activities, and networking opportunities.

• Property management:Act as the primary point of contact for property-related matters, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and addressing any issues that arise promptly.

• Communication channel: Serve as the bridge between management and members, facilitating effective communication to ensure alignment on goals, address concerns, and provide updates.

• Administrative and documentation duties: Handle various administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records, managing membership information, and preparing necessary documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills:Possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with diverse individuals and maintain positive relationships.

• Self-motivation and multitasking capabilities:Demonstrate initiative and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining organization and attention to detail.

• Language proficiency: Be fluent in both English and Chinese to communicate seamlessly with an international and local audience.

• Educational background: Have completed Form 7 or equivalent level of education.

• Work experience:Bring at least one year of relevant working experience to the role.
