Admin Operations Executive

Responsibilities工作職責:

• Coordinate and communicate with external parties and internal staff.
• Provide clerical and administrative supports to team.
• Follow up purchasing orders and enquires in a professional manner.
• Assist in general office duties, such as handling phone calls, arranging meetings.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Maintain reports for budget and expenses.

• Maintain sales related activity and also documentation and reporting.

Requirements 工作要求:

• 1-3 year working experiences
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese, fair in Mandarin, know Japanese is advantage but not a must
• Good command in PC skills, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Excellent team player with good organization skills
• Good working attitude
• Work in Hong Kong Island
