Engineering Manager

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations in Engineering Department such as preventive maintenance of the plant to comply with the GMP requirements
• Assist in enhancing continuous process improvement and workflow efficiency
• Ensure a safe working environment in the manufacturing plant and maintain the database of performance analysis for various processes
• Implement validation activities such as change control management, FAT, SAT, Commissioning, IQ/OQ/PQ so as to meet GMP requirements
• Work closely with other key personnel for GMP compliance

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree holder in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related discipline
• At least 3 years relevant experiences in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry at managerial level
• Good working knowledge of GMP standard and PIC/S, ISO-14644 etc.
• Strong communication skill
• Good command of written English and Chinese
