Tasks & Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions to generate sales leads, including prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, and closing deals.
- Address inquiries from customers and collaborate with our overseas offices.
- Work closely with overseas offices and agents to uncover new business opportunities.
- Prepare compelling quotations and proposals for clients.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to enhance business potential.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in freight management or logistics operations, with experience in the China market being an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
- Energetic, independent, and able to multi-task; result-oriented and self-motivated.
