Client Advisor / Senior Client Advisor

Job Descriptions

• Achieve sales targets through effective use of selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge, and preserve the highest standards of customer satisfaction
• Provide excellent customer service and establish long term client relationships
• Proactively reach out customers from possible channels such as Showroom, Call-In, and Social Media potential customers
• Responsible for the daily store operations in order to ensure the stock and the back-of-house are well-managed

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity
• Pleasant, self-motivated, and a good team player
• Able to thrive within a high paced environment and being multi-tasking
• Fluent in English and other spoken, written languages is a plus
• Able to withstand retail working hours and work on weekends and public holidays
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Client Advisor
