Key Responsibilities:
· Organize, maintain, and update physical and digital filing systems
· Input data accurately into company systems and spreadsheets
· Prepare and label documents for easy retrieval
· Assist in scanning and photocopying documents
· Perform basic Excel data entry, sorting, and simple formulas
· Visit the bank to deposit cheques and handle other banking errands as required
· Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the finance and operations team
Requirements:
· Accounting knowledge is preferred but not required.
· Proficient in basic Microsoft Excel functions (e.g., SUM, sorting, filtering) and Microsoft Office tools
· Ability to communicate effectively in Cantonese
· Proficiency in reading and writing English
· Good attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
· Comfortable with repetitive tasks and routine processes
· Reliable, punctual, and able to handle confidential information
· Willing to perform both desk-based and occasional out-of-office duties (e.g., bank visits)
