Role Description :

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, tracking progress and adjusting as needed.
• Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates on project status and outcomes.
• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and comply with relevant regulations or policies.

• Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) to streamline workflows and reporting.
  

Experience and requirements :

• Knowledge of CRM and/or loyalty software platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (PMP or Agile certification is a plus).
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager, delivering projects in B2C industries.
• Demonstrated experience successfully shipping software products, managing the full project lifecycle from planning to deployment.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
