Site Manager / Senior Foreman / Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:-
- Attend project coordination meeting with Consultants, Client and Main Contractor
- To coordinate with the design team on the shop drawings
- To monitor the design and installation tally with the contract specifications
- Liaise with the Factory / Suppliers and ensure their schedule and delivery of goods are of good quality and on time.

Requirements:-
- Coordinate with main contractor and monitor site progress
- Attend site progress meeting
- 5 years experience in curtain wall / aluminium / steelwork
- Good computer skills in AutoCAD, MS Office, Project
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Immediate available is preferable
- More related experience will be considered as Site Manager
- Holder of Registered Semi-Skilled / Skilled worker will be an advantage

Place of Work:-
- Mainly Hong Kong
- Outside Hong Kong e.g. Middle East Countries, if those candidates who are interested in working aboard
