Job Responsibilities:
· Handling full spectrum of company secretarial matters for both Hong Kong and offshore companies;
· Well-versed and working experienced in all aspects of company secretarial practice under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance;
· Liaison with clients and managing a portfolio of clients – both Hong Kong and offshore companies;
· Manage statutory filings and correspondence with relevant regulatory authorities and governmental departments;
· Handle the ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the Management;
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to be able to communicate with clients.
Requirements:
· Diploma holder in Business Administration / Management / Corporate Administration;
· Member of HKCGI Member is preferred;
· Relevant company secretarial experience and preferably gained from professional firms or CPA firm;
· Able to work independently and handling clients with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
· Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Words input and CSA;
