Shop Supervisor / Senior Sales Consultant / Sales Consultant – Luxury Fashion

Responsibilities:

• Good partnership with the team;
• Responsible for reaching individual results and contributing also to the team targets, being a reliable partner;
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing an excellent customer experience;
• Actively cooperates during preparation and execution of inventories, including stockroom maintenance, movement and replenishment;
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in sales roles;
• Experience in Fashion Luxury industry or boutique operation experience is a plus;
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
• More experience may be considered as Shop Supervisor / Senior Sales Consultant
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
