职责描述：

Job description:

1、负责港澳地区债券承销工作，对接银行及非银金融机构等融资渠道，并进行渠道的拓展、管理和维护；

1. Responsible for bond underwriting in Hong Kong and Macau, liaising with banks and non bank financial institutions and other financing channels, and expanding, managing and maintaining channels;

2、负责港澳地区金融市场和监管政策信息的收集、整理和分析，为产品的发行提供相关支持；

2. Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing information on financial markets and regulatory policies in Hong Kong and Macau, and providing relevant support for product issuance;

3、协助港澳地区融资平台建设，提升集团融资能力，统筹跟进集团融资事项的进度和问题；

3. Assist in the construction of financing platforms in Hong Kong and Macau, enhance the group's financing capabilities, and coordinate and follow up on the progress and issues of group financing matters;

4、与港澳地区监管机构保持良好的沟通，根据集团业务方向和目标客户设计融资方案并落实执行；

4. Maintain good communication with regulatory agencies in Hong Kong and Macau, design financing plans based on the group's business direction and target customers, and implement them;

5、领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

Job requirements:

1、统招本科及以上学历，财务管理、金融、经济、法律等相关专业；

1. Bachelor's degree or above in financial management, finance, economics, law, or related fields through the unified admission system;

2、三年以上银行、券商或投行债券承销工作经验，熟悉港澳地区监管政策和金融市场，具有丰富的融资渠道和资源优先；

2. More than three years of experience in bond underwriting in banks, securities firms, or investment banks, familiar with regulatory policies and financial markets in Hong Kong and Macau, with abundant financing channels and resources preferred;

3、具有系统性思维能力和金融创新意识，具备优秀的沟通协调能力、商务谈判能力及风险管控能力；

3. Having systematic thinking ability and financial innovation awareness, possessing excellent communication and coordination skills, business negotiation skills, and risk management abilities;

4、具备良好的职业道德和敬业精神，能够承受压力并勇于面对挑战；

4. Having good professional ethics and dedication, able to withstand pressure and bravely face challenges;

5、英语、粤语、普通话熟练优先。

5. Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is preferred.
