Franchise Support Manager

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Support franchisees through regular club visits and operational coaching
• Guide sales, member retention, and service excellence strategies
• Conduct club audits and implement action plans for improvement
• Deliver initial onboarding and ongoing training sessions
• Collaborate with regional and local teams for alignment and performance growth

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in operations or business management, ideally in fitness or franchise-based setups
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in Cantonese and English (verbal & written)

• Proactive and confident working independently
• Willing to travel across Hong Kong as needed
• Legally authorized to work in Hong Kong
