Job Description
- Responsible for accounts payable and receivable functions
- Perform daily duties including purchase order , invoice checking, voucher preparing, invoice settlement, staff reimbursement, cheque printing, answer phone calling
- Responsible for HR functions
- Assisting in general personnel matters and payroll
- Previous audit experience is preferred
- Assist manager in month-end closing and other accounting matters
- Perform administration, sourcing and general clerical duties
- Report duties to managers and support supervisors whenever necessary
- Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments
Requirement:
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, Business Administration or other related disciplines would be preferred
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Professional qualifications like LCCI or other related disciplines would be preferred
- Relevant experience with Construction would be preferred
- Proficient in MS office, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
- With strong sense of responsibility
- Initiative, self- motivated, well organized and be a good team player
- Immediate available would be preferred
