Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive support to senior management in personal matters by organizing and coordinating daily schedules, family vacations, travel plans, including accommodations, transportation, event management, as well as family household matters.
- Communicate / co-ordinate with internal staff and external parties, domestic helpers & drivers.
- Oversee children's schedules including school-related and extra-curricular activities, liaise with teachers and coaches.
- Handle house maintenance and renovations.
- Handle flight tickets, hotel accommodation and visa arrangements.
- Manage general household administration, including bills, correspondence, license and insurance renewals.
- Flexibility to fix problems during non-office hours when necessary.
Requirements
- Diploma or above with minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Positive work attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-minded and patient with tedious work.
- Enjoy working with children.
- Able to work independently.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
Outdoor work occasionally.
