SAP Specialist

The role

Deliver efficient business application support services to end users to fulfil business objectives. Support business process changes and improvements; participate global and regional ERP and business application project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient support to SAP By Design, ACCPAC Sage 300 ERP, Power BI, Concur and other business application users in HK and rest of Asia with the regional Business Application team to ensure timely issue resolution and appropriate issue escalation.
• Support IS/IT audit tasks to complete the external audit requirement.
• Responsible for requirements analysis, business process improvement, solution design, deployment and configuration of SAP By Design ERP and other business applications.
• Configure, deploy, and coordinate changes for SAP ByDesign and other ERPs with regional/global ERP teams and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support
• Support regional ERP and business application project implementation and roll-out in respect of time, quality and budget targets in coordination with regional and Global ERP Team and business stakeholders.
• Effectively evaluate end user’s need and business processes. Translate, communicate, and document the requirements
• Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Information Technology, business administration/accounting with minor Information systems, or relevant disciplines
• Experience / sound knowledge in SAP By Design ERP and other SAP ERP (E.g.: Ecc6 or S/4 Hana).
• At least 2 to 3 years of SAP By Design, SAP ERP (E.g.: Ecc6 or S/4 Hana), support and project implementation experience in Finance, Project Management and Procurement…etc. modules
• Experience in ACCPAC Sage 300 ERP, Power BI, Concur, other business applications’ support and project management exposure will be advantage added.
• With Experience and knowledge on programming language and SQL.
• Experienced in analysing and documenting business processes. Demonstrated ability to bring clarify to business processes that may not be well understand by end user
• Experienced in conducting user acceptance testing, formulating documentation and provide end-user training
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Cloud applications
• Passion for solving end users problems using cutting-edge solutions
• Good communication skills and ability to present to small/medium groups

• Excellent command of English & Cantonese
