Operation Officer (Transport Logistics)

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operations to ensure efficiency
• Oversee fuel oil ordering, allocation, and delivery processes
• Conduct forecasting and analyze reporting data
• Manage the implementation of operational projects and initiatives
• Collaborate on projects and activities with internal teams and service providers
• Support marketing efforts through social media management on platforms
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Transport Logistics or related fields
• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
• Demonstrate an outgoing and proactive approach to problem-solving and communication
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
