Are you a talented individual with a passion for interior design and a knack for on-site project coordination? We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our team as an Interior Designer / Senior Interior Designer. Responsibilities:

• Take charge of delivering full set of interior design drawings, from concept, details, tender document to construction documents and relevant materials;
• Generate accurate and visually appealing interior floor plans using industry-standard software
• Closely coordinate with stakeholders, such as end users, internal team members, contractors, suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure the project is executed smoothly;
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design standards
• Participate in other related and ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field
• Minimum 5 - 7 years of experiences of Interior design or related field, candidates with less experience will be considered as the post of Interior Designer
• Proficiency in interior design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp)
• Strong in project management and communication with clients, consultants and contractors is a must
• Be able to handle full set of construction drawings with practical detailing & site co-ordination
• Experience on site supervision and able to handle site management independently
• Small team environment
• Wiling to work overtime but flexible hours
• Salary negotiable
• Immediately available is preferred
