銷售及倉務助理(本地/IANG 歡迎) Sales Assistant and Storekeeper (Local/ IANG Welcome)

職位重點 Job Highlights :

職責內容 Job Description :

- 處理客戶電商平台的訂購單，例如HKTV的訂單追蹤處理及售後服務
(Maintain daily operations of eCommerce platforms, such as HKTVmall etc, and follow up sales orders)

- 負責日常倉務工作，包括產品上架、入倉、出倉，更新系統資料以確保運作順暢
(Daily warehouse affairs including Product Launch, Inbound and Outbound process, update system of data entry)

- 安排及跟進貨品的運輸，監控庫存狀況
(Arrange and follow up delivery status including monitor delivery schedule and stock balance.  )

- 協助製作每周報表和每月銷售及庫存報表
(Assist in stock and sales report of weekly and monthly basis)

- 透過電話、電郵及/或即時通訊(WhatsApp)提供專業客戶服務，以有禮且專業的方式，提供對詢問和投訴的協助
(Manage customers’ enquiries and messages through email, WhatsApp and phone conversation in with excellent listening skills and problem-solving skills.)

- 協助部門一般文書工作
(Assist in ad-hoc duties as per assigned by the management)

職位要求 Job Requirements :

- 中五畢業或以上程度 Educated to F.5 or above, Degree level
(Educated to F.5 or above, Degree level)

- 1年或以上電商平台及倉務管理工作經驗, 有銷售對客經驗更佳 
(1 year or above of working experience on eCommerce platforms and warehouse affairs , sales experience is a plus) 

- 態度以願意學習為優先、積極主動及具責任心
(Willing-to-learn, active and responsible attitude)

- 熟悉MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) 及中英文輸入法
(Conservant with MS Office and Chinese & English typing method)

- 有效分配工作及注重細節    
(Well-organized and detail-minded)

- 可即時上班者優先考慮
(Immediate availability is preferred)
