Who we are looking for?

You are very much a people person, with a passion for Health and Wellness. You are responsible, proactive, have a positive, helpful attitude and eager to know and share more about float therapy.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Client Relations: Build a positive client relationships to float experience and provide responsive and attentive client support. Including selling packages and memberships.
• Front Desk: Deliver positive customer satisfaction from greeting client to post-float service.
• Work closely with Float team daily to ensure a smooth daily operations
• Studio Upkeep: Maintain the studio clean and prioritise among the multiple tasks

• Float Pod Maintenance (On job-training provided)

Requirement

• People-oriented, self-motivated person who are passionate about wellness and mental health.
• A proactive communication, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• A strong sense of adaptability, responsibility, and openness to personal growth, and a can-do attitude to challenges
• A willingness to learn about Floating Therapy and wellness (On job-training provided)
• Computer skills necessary
• Sales Experience necessary
• Bi-lingual: Fluency in both English and Cantonese (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively across varieties clients.
• On shift roster, available on weekends and closing night shift (Closing night shift ends at 11:15 PM)

• Previous experience working in a Hospitality / Wellness Studio / Spa environment (a plus)
